Sweet N’ Sour Sesame Salad Dressing

Adapted from Dr. Furhman’s recipe. Enough to last several days, which is about how long it should be good for when refrigerated.

1 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted*
1 dozen raw cashews

Grind cashews and sesame seeds in blender. Add other ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve chilled on green salads.
